Submitted formally in the frame of the public consultation procedure ending 6 May 2026 and subsequently published in June 2026.
In which we perform a detailed reading of the draft law's text and provided commentary from different angles: space law, environmental law, international law more generally, the viewpoints of operators and the sector more broadly.
